Policy Definitions. For purposes of this Policy:

The term Services shall include any part thereof.
“User” means any authorized user of the Services as well as any other person/party who visits this Site.
“you” or “your” refers to you, as a User, and as applicable, any person/party whom we reasonably believe is acting pursuant to your instructions or under your authority.

Our mobile applications will not transmit geo-location information about you to us, unless you give them permission to do so. Some web browsers and devices permit you to broadcast a preference that you not be tracked online. At this time we allow you access to most of our application, whether such a signal is broadcast.

Social Voucher may provide your Information to non-affiliates or other third parties (collectively, “Other Parties”) when Social Voucher is legally required to do so, to respond to 911 calls and other emergencies, to cooperate and/or comply with police investigations, court orders or other legal proceedings, to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website, to assist with identity verification, to prevent fraud and identity theft, to limit our legal liability, and to protect and enforce Social Voucher’s agreements and property rights or to protect the rights, property, or safety of visitors of this website or the public.
Anonymous & Aggregate Information. We collect some Information anonymously. We also may anonymize the Information we collect about you or another User. We obtain aggregate data by grouping together anonymous data that meet certain criteria. We may share aggregate or anonymous Information in various formats with trusted Other Parties, and may work with such Other Parties to do research and facilitate the provisioning of Social Voucher products and Services.
Wireless Device Features/Date. We reserve the right to: (i) obtain information from your wireless carrier about the type of device you are using, (ii) use this information to notify you of the types of Services that may be available to you on your device, and (iii) collect the mobile phone number assigned to your device and associate that phone number to the wireless device identification information and any Personal Data you may disclose to us. Lastly, some mobile phone service providers are required to operate a system that will indicate the physical location of devices that use their services. Depending on the provider, we may automatically receive this information. In the future, may choose to use and store this information to provide enhanced location-based services as well as to serve location-targeted advertising; provided, however, that we obtain your consent in advance.
Sweepstakes, Contents and Promotions. We may offer sweepstakes, contests and promotions (collectively, “Contests” and each, a “Contest”) through our Services that may require registration or some form of submission of Personal Data. If you choose to enter a Contest, your Personal Data may be disclosed to third parties in connection with the administration of such Contest (i.e., winner selection, prize fulfillment, winner list, etc.) and as may otherwise be required by law.
